  1. Payments and Rates
  1. Payments must be received in full before services commence. Payments can be made by either Cash, Eftpos, MasterCard, Visa or the website.
  2. Hicaps claims can be directly processed through the mobile terminal or a receipt can be emailed to you to make a claim directly with your health insurer
  3. Complete Energies does not offer an accounts service.
  4. Complete Energies may vary rates from time to time and will advise by written notice.
  5. Services and products supplied will be charged separately
  1. Bookings
  1. Bookings can be taken by phone, email or via Complete Energies online booking system.
  2. All appointments booked online require full payment. All purchases made through this site must be made through the PayPal secure gateway.
  3. Bookings made online will receive confirmation via email
  4. Complete Energies reserves the right to cancel any appointments if necessary and will book another time when convenient for the client
  1. Late Bookings
  1. Last minute bookings may be accommodated, although cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Payment must be made upon booking.
  1. Surcharges
  1. For all Eftpos and Credit Card Transactions Complete Energies will add the most up to date surcharge transaction.
  1. PayPal
  1. Should you prepay using PayPal or have purchased a package of services, Complete Energies reserves the right to not refund the fee in the case of the short notice cancellation. In some cases, short notice is acceptable for an appointment to be rescheduled without a fee being charged.
  1. Cancellations
  1. A 50% charge will be due if 12-24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given for massage appointments.

(There is little chance we will be able to re-book cancelled appointments and may have turned other bookings down.)

  1. In the case of cancellation, refund of any deposit paid is at the discretion of Complete Energies and each circumstance will be taken on its own merits.
  2. Complete Energies reserves the right to change/cancel any booking with immediate notice to the client. In the event of not being able to rearrange the booking to a convenient date and time, a refund of all monies paid to date will be given.
  1. Vouchers
  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  2. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Complete Energies cannot be responsible for vouchers that have been lost, stolen or expired.
  4. Gift vouchers may be exchanged for any services at the clinic up to the value of the purchased voucher.
  5. Normal cancellation policy applies to Gift Vouchers. Clients may re-arrange Gift Voucher massages providing more than 24 hours is given.

  1. These are the Terms & Conditions of supply of Services offered by Complete Energies.
  2. In the event of any inconsistency with any other terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail
  3. Complete Energies reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and will provide reasonable notice to the client.
  4. Complete Energies reserve the right to refuse any request that is deemed inappropriate.
  1. Client Information
  1. All personal information held by Complete Energies is treated as private and confidential. It is to be used solely by Complete Energies and will not be disclosed to other parties.
  2. Personal information may be used to inform clients about other products and services that may be of interest (by means of telephone, email or post). Client details will be removed from the mailing list upon request.
  1. Complaints
  1. It is the intention of Complete Energies to provide clients with a high level of customer service at all times. However, if dissatisfied at any time please contact through https://www.completeenergies.com.au or telephone 0408 224 740.
  2. If dissatisfied during a treatment, Psychosomatic, Reiki or Corporate Event please advise at the time and all will be done to resolve the matter.
  1. Massage therapy
  1. All massage therapy services are strictly non-sexual. Any sexual advances will be considered offensive and you will be asked to leave immediately.
  2. Session times include a short discussion before the massage and time to dress and complete payment after the massage.

It is important that you arrive on time to any appointments. If you are late, this time will be taken off your appointment time in order to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

  1. For cancelation or change of appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be given.
  2. Sessions are strictly by appointment only.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  1. Clients are required to complete a signed Consultation Form prior to treatment. 2. Complete Energies can therefore not be held liable/responsible for reactions, contra-indications or injury via treatment once consent has been given.
  2. Complete Energies cannot accept liability for events outside its control to include hazards and dangers within your home.
  1. Additional
  2. Complete Energies reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.
  3. Complete Energies require a quiet room and a smoke free environment to carry out treatments or classes when working away from their normal place of work.
  4. From time to time Complete Energies may seek advice from other practitioners in relation to your treatment, unless a referral to that practitioner, your details will remain confidential.
  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
  2. If you accept Complete Energies offer to provide services to you, you will be regarded as having entered into an Agreement with Complete Energies. This means you will be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions may be by any one of the following

(a) Signing and returning a copy of this document accepting the Terms and Conditions;

(b) Stating in writing by email or by payment to Complete Energies that you accept these Terms and Conditions;
